Most memorable experience: Making my debut in the EPCR at 20 years of age and playing against Racing 92 at the Paris La Défense Arena, which was the most memorable experience so far in my rugby career.

Pre-game ritual or superstition: No real pre-game ritual, but I pray a certain prayer before each game.

Biggest inspiration: I think there are a lot of reasons that can inspire a rugby player, like not letting your family down or doing it for a legacy, but my biggest inspiration is not letting my younger self down with this big dream.

Challenging moment: My current situation, tearing my hamstring tendon in the Varsity Cup.

Hobbies or activities: I love to be outdoors with family and close friends, hunting, fishing, and exercising.

Advice to younger players: My advice would be to outwork everyone, be open to learning, and enjoy every moment you have.
