Most memorable experience: Winning the Currie Cup in 2023

Pre-game ritual or superstition:  Nothing specific; I just want to relax and make sure about my role for the team

Biggest inspiration: Just watching Super Rugby when I was younger. I think that whole era from the early 2000's was unbelievable, and it just inspired me to also want to play Professional Rugby.

Challenging moment: Having to work through a knee injury and making sure I return to the playing field with confidence

Hobbies or activities: Nothing specific, just enjoying time with friends and family when we have downtime

Advice to younger players: Keep working hard and never give up; hard work reaps rewards, and staying humble is a big thing for me personally.

Your rugby legend: I think personally, growing up I enjoyed watching Dan Carter play; it was in the era when he had just started playing for the All Blacks.
