An exciting rugby bonanza awaits rugby enthusiasts in November and the best part is that we can welcome supporters back in Toyota stadium after almost two years!
Free State Rugby call on Season ticket holders to contact the ticket office in Toyota Stadium to collect their tickets before Friday, 5 November, for the Toyota Challenge which kicks off on 13 November.
Regulations, as directed by the Department of Co-Operative Governance and “SA Rugby’s Guidelines for the Return of Spectators to Sporting Events”, stipulates that only 2 000 supporters are permitted in the stadium and the following conditions will apply:
All spectators wishing to attend the event are required to be fully vaccinated.
You are fully vaccinated either 14 days after receiving the J&J COVID-19 vaccine or 14 days after receiving the second Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
Ticket Collection
A Covid-19 vaccination certificate (the downloaded certificate with a QR code, not the ticket you receive at the vaccination point) and a copy of an ID document will have to be presented for every guest with the collection of tickets. If for example, you collect tickets for 12 guests, you have to present copies of 12 x ID documents and 12 x vaccination certificates.
Only persons with a valid ticket, valid ID and valid vaccine certificate are permitted to enter the venue.
In order to apply social distancing regulations, only the lower level of the main stand will be open for spectators and Free State Rugby cannot guarantee season ticket holders their original seats.

There will only be one access point. At this control-point supporters will be required to present an ID, vaccination certificate and rugby ticket. Supporters without any of the required documents will not be permitted to enter the Stadium.
