Our ticketing partner, Ticketpro, has upgraded and updated their system to the latest technology. This brings the following benefits for season ticket holders:
1. One Ticket for the Entire Season
2026 Season Ticket Holders will receive only one (1) ticket per person, which will be valid for the entire season. We will therefore no longer issue a pack of individual tickets for each competition that must be collected.
- Please note that this ticket is NOT a plastic card, but will be issued in digital format or as a printed paper ticket.
2. Digital Ticket Transfer (Per Match)
In 2026, Season Ticket Holders will be able to digitally transfer their ticket to another person per match. This feature is available for occasions when a season ticket holder cannot attend a match but would like to give their ticket to someone else.
The benefit of this system is that you do not need to physically hand over your original ticket, and you also do not have to worry about getting it back afterwards.
Please note:
- Both parties must have an online Ticketpro profile and a valid email address to use this function.
- Once a ticket is sent digitally, the recipient has 48 hours to download the ticket. If this is not done in time, the ticket will automatically be returned to the original season ticket holder.
- Once all settings are active, you as the Season Ticket Holder will be able to choose which tickets you want to transfer. You will never lose your season ticket when transferring it — you are simply lending it for a specific match.
3. Online Purchase of 2026 Season Tickets
2026 Season Tickets can be purchased online, for both renewals and new customers.
- For renewals, the 2025 package will be automatically loaded, and customers will receive an email from Ticketpro with instructions.
- If a customer does not receive an email, their contact details may need to be updated on the system.
- The email will be sent from: no-reply@ticketpro.co.za
IMPORTANT:
This is the first year that we are moving to a digital system. If you are not comfortable purchasing your season ticket online, you may simply ignore the email and visit the ticket office at Toyota Stadium.
- If you would like to purchase your ticket(s) online, click on “Complete reservation” in the email and follow the instructions.

Please also note:
- Customers who pay by EFT based on invoices cannot renew or purchase online, as payment has already been made or must be made before 26 February. These tickets can only be handled and issued by the ticket office.
- Customers who pay for season tickets via monthly instalments must also purchase their tickets at the ticket office.
- Complimentary season tickets cannot be renewed online and will be issued by the ticket office once approved. Complimentary season ticket holders will, however, also receive their tickets in one of the formats mentioned in point 4.
4. How 2026 Season Tickets Will Be Issued
2026 Season Tickets will be issued only once, in one of the following three ways:
- Digitally – via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Digitally – with the option to print at home (“Home Print”) on an A4 page
- In person at the ticket office at Toyota Stadium
Please note again that this ticket is NOT a plastic card.
Important Dates
- 2025 Season Tickets expire on Monday, 2 March, when all reserved seats will be released on the system for day visitors and new season ticket holders to purchase.
- Any payments made directly into the Free State Cheetahs’ bank account must be completed by Thursday, 26 February, to ensure that your tickets can be processed in time.
