Mihlali Mosi (born 12 May 1996) is a South African rugby union player for the Free State Cheetahs. His regular position is flanker or number eight.

Mosi attended Muir College Boys’ High and was named in the Free State Cheetahs squad for the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division. He made his debut in Round 2 of the 2021 Currie Cup Premier Division against the Griquas.

His rugby role model is Nizaam Carr, and what he loves most about rugby is how it tests your character. Off the field, his favourite food is macaroni and cheese with mince, and his favourite movie is Jerusalema. Besides rugby, he also enjoys playing soccer.
