Head Coach:  Under-20

EE Position / Candidate

Responsibilities

Develop a Coaching strategy for the Junior Teams
Organize and facilitate all training sessions
Training of players
Analysing
Player development
Evaluation
Assistance with the coaching at the Toyota Institute of Excellence
Assistance with the recruitment of Junior Rugby Players
Team Harmony

Experience:  

Experience in the latest research and applying new techniques
Previous experience as a forwards coach for at least three years in a Provincial under-20 and or Varsity Cup level
Assistance in the recruitment of junior players
At least one year experience as head coach at Provincial under-20 level (or higher)  

Requirements:  

Relevant tertiary qualification
IRB Level 3
3 years’ experience as a professional Rugby Coach
