The Free State Cheetahs (Pty) Ltd is proud of Ross van Reenen, CEO of the company, who has been invited by SARU to be on the Rugby Leadership Development Program panel.

RLDP candidates will deliver their group presentations to the panel of assessors on Tuesday, 4 June, in Cape Town. The topics to be presented by the groups directly impact specific SARU Departments and the SA Rugby Industry. These individuals have had an amazing journey of personal and professional development.

The program will focus on Governance and Management (manage rugby – constitution and relationship with members and stakeholders, development of a council, organizational design and performance and strategic and operational management), People (Staff Rugby – human resources), Tools (Support Rugby – communication and information, technology and systems, logistics, facilities and equipment, purchases and legal), Funding (Finance Rugby – commercial and marketing and finance) and Rugby (Develop Rugby – recruitment and retention, training and education, competitions and performance).

The RLDP panel consists of the SARU CEO, some SARU GMs and Provincial CEOs named below to listen and assess the group presentations:
