Aidon Davis, is a former South African Schools and Junior Springbok loose forward, has returned to South Africa following a stint in France, where he played for both Toulon and Bayonne.
Davis, represented South Africa at the World Rugby Junior Rugby World Championships in 2013 and 2014. He played for the Eastern Province Kings and also represented the Southern Kings in the Super Rugby before heading to Europe.
He is well experienced in the wet conditions up north and this will make him an asset to the team. Davis has a big engine and brings a lot of stopping power to the defence.
Davis featured for the Cheetahs in numerous games in the 2018/19 Guinness Pro14, but he season was cut short when he sustained a bad fracture to his leg during a training session.
