Test Tickets

Dear SEASON TICKET HOLDER,

With reference to Tri-Nations Test Match: South Africa vs Australia, 4 September 2010 @ 17:00

Free State Rugby Union is delighted to inform you that your 2010 Season Ticket/-s are included in the above mentioned Test match that will be hosted in Vodacom Park.

Therefore this letter serves as a written confirmation that your Test tickets are available at the Free State Rugby Union Tickets office, ready to be collected.

Please read through the following instructions to ensure that the Ticket Office will be able to assist you in the quickest and most professional manner as possible:

  1. Your 2010 Season Ticket/-s (the actual ticket/-s) will NOT allow access to the  stadium for the Test match.  You will however receive a different type of Test ticket in  accordance with your 2010 Season Ticket package.
  2. Additional tickets can be bought through the Ticket Office, but unfortunately FSRU can  not guarantee seats in the vicinity of your current 2010 Season Ticket/-s.
  3. There is no limitation on the total tickets purchased by an individual.
  4. The cut-off time for the collection of your Test ticket/-s is on Wednesday, 30 June  2010. This is in the 2010 World Cup Soccer period and you will not be able to visit the  Ticket office during Tuesday, 1 June 2010 until Wednesday, 30 June 2010.
     Free State Rugby Union has already made alternative arrangements, and will  communicate this through to all supporter levels on a later stage.
  5. For those Season Ticket holders not in possession of a 2010 Parking ticket,  please be advised that the Loch Logan Waterfront has ample parkings available. Access to the stadium is also not a problem due to the walkover bridge connecting the  parking area with the Stadium in the North East Corner of Vodacom Park.
  6. There are three types of possibilities for the collection of your Test ticket/-s:

    Download the applicable form - fill it out and bring it with you when collecting the tickets.
    1. PER COURIER COMPANY

    2. BY THE SEASON TICKET HOLDER HIM / HERSELF

    3. BY ANOTHER PERSON NOT BEING THE SEASON TICKET HOLDER or IF THE SEASON TICKET/-S ARE REGISTERED UNDER A COMPANY NAME.

  7. IMPORTANT ARRANGEMENTS TO TAKE NOTE OF:
    1. The Tri-Nations Test Tickets will be available for the pick-up at the Free State Rugby Union ticket office.  
      Your contact persons are: Jennie Norval and André Dollar.
      Other temporary workers will be on duty at a later stage, but the above two persons are the only fulltime employees of the Free State Rugby Union and Cheetahs Company at the Ticket Office.
    2. Season Ticket Holders are responsible to arrange the pick-up of the ticket/-s from his/her preferred Courier Company.
    3. Season Ticket Holders must confirm the Courier pick-up with the Ticket Office before the ticket/-s will be released. 
    4. All collections will be noted in a register and may be used as a reference at a later stage.  The confirmation will include that all persons have received and   checked the tickets before leaving the Ticket Office.
    5. Your ID Number will be the only reference used for any ticket collections and a copy of your ID Document or Drivers Licence must be available during the pick- up process. The ID number will be the only Reference allowing the Ticket Office to release the tickets from the office in accordance with the Ticket System or in accordance with the confirmation.
    6. Free State Rugby Union can not be held responsible for any loss, theft of damages to the ticket/-s once the Courier Company, Season Ticket Holder or Representative have collected the ticket/-s from the Ticket Office.
    7. It is the Season Ticket Holders’ responsibility to confirm the pick-up with the Courier Company afterwards – please do not contact the ticket office for enquiries on the pick-up (only if there was a problem). Our telephone lines are extremely busy during this time and we might not be able to assist with the enquiries.
  8. Ticket Office Details:

      Monday, 19 April 2010 until Wednesday, 30 June 2010
    2. Office Hourse: 
      Mondays to Fridays: 08:30 to 12:45 
      14:00 to 16:30
